OEA will provide a determination within seven business days following the receipt of a Final application. In instances where the application is either incomplete or the proposed activities are not within the purview of OEA’s program, an OEA representative will contact the applicant within seven business days to follow up as necessary.
The first disbursement under a grant can occur within two weeks of a fully executed grant agreement and OEA receipt of all supporting documents. Follow-on disbursements are based upon OEA receipt and acceptance of required interim performance reports. Disbursements will generally be on a reimbursable basis for expenses incurred for the most recently completed project period. An OEA project manager will work with the Grantee to ensure a responsive disbursement schedule for a community's particular needs.
