FY 2015 Defense Spending By State report now available for download.

How We Do It

Some state and local governments are eligible for OEA grant assistance as they seek to organize and plan economic recovery in response to defense program changes. OEA programs include assistance to help with the closure/realignment of military installations, termination of a defense contract, and plan compatible land use near installations.
