This session will review the series of LRA planning tasks for the next 12-15 months. It will include statutory planning requirements, the mandatory outreach and solicitation of property interests, cite a general planning process, recommend plan development ingredients including the role and use of consultants, plan completion, adoption and submission requirements. It will also be the roll out of the OEA publication, “Base Redevelopment Planning for BRAC Sites.”
