Public Benefit Conveyances (PBC) Panel I

Federal Agencies may sponsor conveyance of surplus property to help meet public needs. This session presents an overview of some Public Benefit Conveyance (PBC) programs for the acquisition of surplus Federal property for such public purposes as self-help housing, parks, historic monuments, wildlife, and schools.
